Bay Avenue Parking Deck

Bay Avenue parking deck is the closest covered area to the Wave Shaper and the Island for viewing the rafts and kayakers or as a Paddler Access Point. During the week, it is a $2 fee but the parking is free on weekends. There is an entrance on Front Avenue and two on Bay Avenue. No parking in reserved spots.
